Inspired by a photograph taken of British soldiers in Gold Beach, Arramanche. This was 6th June 1944, D-Day (the opening day of the battle of Normandy and the start of the end of the war in europe). My original picture was drawn on A3 sized paper using ink and watercolour.
Along with the other pictures in the WW2+80 collection, this is a numbered limited edition print with a maximum of 100 pictures each size available to purchase.
